imiiHO Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery: Free — Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Heavy/Bulky Items (Sanitary Ware):  £15.00  — Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days. (Note: Specialized courier services may be required for large plumbing fixtures).

Return and Refund Policy
